Chair Peter Brzozowy said the Selectboard wants to see where the pavilion will be placed, pictures of proposed designs, and contractor quotes before authorizing work.
Cary Sandvig asked whether an architect is engaged and was told none is currently assigned; the board emphasized that plans and cost estimates should be presented to the Selectboard for review prior to beginning construction or site work. No construction contract was approved at the Jan. 7 meeting.
