The Isle La Motte Selectboard met on Jan. 7, 2026 and approved minutes from Dec. 3, Dec. 9 and Dec. 17, and four payroll/payable warrants. Chair Peter Brzozowy read the itemized warrants, which included $4,077.84 dated Dec. 31, 2025; $1,118.43 dated Dec. 31, 2025; $11,614.02 dated Nov. 23, 2025 (ratifying Pat Treckman's signature); and $996.38 dated Dec. 31, 2025 (ratifying Peter Brzozowy's signature). Each motion was seconded and recorded as "all in favor — motion carried."
The board covered routine administrative items and scheduled further work: auditors are due Jan. 8, 2026 and the Selectboard set its next budget session for Jan. 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Chair Brzozowy also reported building repairs underway after recent water damage and other operational items discussed later in the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:52 PM after an approving motion from Brzozowy and a second from Treckman.
