Council dissolves Harvest PID after petition, 7–0

After a public hearing, the Northlake Town Council unanimously voted to dissolve the Harvest Public Improvement District (PID). Staff explained the PID was established in February 2013 as a maintenance PID and that petition signatures met the legal threshold after verification.
Councilor Alex Holmes moved to dissolve the PID and the motion carried 7–0. Staff and residents discussed how maintenance responsibilities have shifted to HOA dues and that voluntary annexation negotiations could alter public-rights-of-way responsibilities if the town later annexes the community.
