Board directs assessor to enter changes in CAMA and to mail grievance decisions by July 9
Summary

Following approval of the two grievance requests, Assessor Kevin Grassi entered the approved assessment changes into the town's CAMA system and assessor clerk Elizabeth Reighley reprinted the updated pages and signatures for inclusion in the Final Grandlist. The Board instructed the assessor clerk to print and mail Change of Appraisal — Result of Grievance letters the same day.
The board set a target that written decisions be mailed no later than July 9, 2025. Under 32 V.S.A. § 4224, taxpayers have 14 days from mailing to appeal the listers' decisions to the Board of Civil Authority; for these cases that places the appeal deadline on July 11, 2025. The Board concluded business and adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
