Cary Sandvig moved to approve the proposal and Pat Treckman seconded; the motion passed with all members voting in favor and Brzozowy signed the document. The board instructed the Selectboard assistant to scan and return the signed proposal to DJ's Tree Service.
The motion was framed as a public-safety and maintenance action to clear hazards along town roads. No amendments to the proposal were recorded at the meeting. The action will allow the contractor to begin removal work as scheduled.
