Planning Commission reports two subdivisions approved; housing needs assessment comment period extended

Jon McCann delivered the Planning Commission update at the Feb. 10 meeting, thanking Andrew Seward for his service on the Commission and reporting that two subdivisions have been approved in recent weeks. McCann said the comment period for the Housing Needs Assessment has been extended another week and that the final report should arrive within the next week.
McCann said he hopes the Select Board will adopt the Housing Needs Assessment at its next meeting; the Planning Commission will continue work on updating subdivision regulations. McCann also noted he submitted a letter for the record responding to statements made at a recent Select Board special meeting and said it is time to move on to regular Town business.
