The Town of New Haven Development Review Board carried two routine motions at its May 4 meeting and recorded the schedule for a formal Site Plan hearing on a proposed PUD.
Victor LaBerge moved to approve the April 6, 2026 DRB meeting minutes; Tim Paquette seconded. The minutes state the motion "carried with 5 members in favor, 0 opposed, and 1 abstaining (C. Roy)"; the textual roll-call in the published minutes repeats a member name and appears internally inconsistent (see audit). The motion is recorded as passed.
Tim Paquette moved to adjourn; Charlie Roy seconded. The minutes record the motion carried with six members in favor and no opposition. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
Separately, the DRB recorded that Application #2026-DRB-07-SP/PUD for Parcel #347.21 has been warned for a Site Plan hearing on Monday, May 18 at 7 p.m. at the Town Office.
