Committee member (S3) said they preferred not to be the person who held things up and reiterated a desire for Jack to join before making a motion. Staff member (S1) suggested either tabling the item or holding a short recess to try to reach Jack and consult with staff (Eric) so outstanding questions could be answered. Members agreed to recess and attempt contact; S2 announced the recess at 11:42 a.m.
