City Administrator Max Baker told the council there are two active land-use matters that will come before the Planning Commission in the fall. LU 2025-02 is a 13-lot partition on North Highland (the former Whipple property) and is scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on Oct. 1 at the Maggie Oscar Library community room.
The second item, LU 2025-03, is a proposed mobile food vendor ordinance submitted on behalf of the city; the Planning Commission meeting for that item is set for Sept. 3. Baker did not report final recommendations at the council meeting; both items were listed as active applications and scheduled for public hearings before the Planning Commission.
