Staff described the role as providing coverage to practices and games and offering mental-performance coaching services; the contract builds a roughly 40-hour equivalent schedule across events. "This position we had... we have a new partner now through CentraCare. It's a 2 year contract, and we'll be able to evaluate it again," the staff member said. Both items carried by voice vote; the board noted the SRO funding model may require review if county support changes.
