A resident (S5) described a newly acquired, electronically operated cat trap and said Jacob had been repairing the inside of a warehouse and obtaining wood from Oak Ridge. "We have a new, cat trap that is electronically operated," the resident said, describing how the trap pulls a pin back and the door drops to capture multiple cats.
Committee member (S6) and others noted the warehouse appears to be in use and paying taxes; they discussed the possibility that the space could be used as a workshop. No formal action or permit was recorded at the meeting.
