Participants noted the county cannot impose an impact fee inside the town boundaries, so obligating the PID or developer to fund and/or reimburse the county for improvements was discussed as the preferable approach. Staff and developer representatives agreed they could draft proposed language and circulate it for approval before the town's next hearing.
