The board reviewed Goal 1—prioritizing facility needs based on stakeholder feedback—and agreed to track progress with a status column and timing estimates tied to budget availability. Chair (S1) opened the discussion, noting the board had committed to quarterly check-ins of the facilities priorities.
Staff member (S3) said the prioritized project list had been provided by Clint and described the districts approach to contracting. "And, actually, just anecdotally, I approved the PO today for his justice abatement, which is on the high school main Floor," S3 said, noting the environmental company will schedule work when the building is empty. Board members asked for an added column showing "started" and "completed" status and for anticipated completion windows (for example, if an item is likely to be done summer 2025) so the board can plan inspections and public updates.
