The Selectboard and Town Clerk reported having received multiple complaints about the conduct of Town Meeting. The board discussed ideas to make next year’s Town Meeting friendlier and to follow a clearer agenda and Warning; members described this as a work in progress and no formal policy change was adopted at the session.
Later the board entered executive session at 7:40 p.m. to discuss personnel matters and reconvened at 7:56 p.m. Afterward, Chris Bataille announced he will resign his Selectboard seat effective March 31, 2026, having accepted employment out of state. Pam Kingman will post the official Notice of Vacancy as required. No interim appointment was recorded at the meeting.
