"They're receiving bids through the May 9 as the closing date for them to get the bids back on those. They intend on having those packages ready by the 13th for the commissioner's court to review and award the winning bids and issue the notes," Mister Belt said. He committed to forwarding the timeline email to commissioners so all members could review the schedule and related documents.
No action was required at the meeting; commissioners acknowledged the timeline and there was no recorded objection.
