Resident reports mail delivery stopped on Geddes Road; road agent to contact USPS

Janet Breton told the Board that mail delivery to her Geddes Road mailbox — in the same location for 36 years — had been discontinued because of erosion and drainage near a ditch and neighboring pond, and she requested the town fill the ditch so delivery could resume.
Town Administrator Heather Carpenter said Road Agent Isaac Morse had inspected the location and would contact the post office to obtain additional information, including whether mailbox height or other conditions affected delivery and to secure a first-hand account from the mail carrier.
