After executive session, Okmulgee Board assigns coaches and approves promissory note to recover FY24 expenditures

Both motions were moved by Leroy Parker, seconded by Keith Baldridge, and recorded as carried with aye votes from Mr. James, Mr. Parker and Mr. Baldridge.
