Treasurer presents semi-annual report; board asks departments to submit FY27 amendment requests by July 31
Summary
Treasurer Deb Campbell presented the Semi-Annual Treasurer’s Report and investment summaries; the board approved the report and the Auditor requested departments submit any FY27 budget amendment numbers by July 31. A Region XII $10,000 allocation request will be reviewed for budget availability; Courthouse alley work will be added to FY27 budget pending $100,000 TIF reimbursement.
Treasurer Deb Campbell presented the Semi-Annual Treasurer’s Report and investment reports; on a motion by Heath Hansen, seconded by Don Mosinski, the board approved the report. Auditor Lisa Frederiksen said tax billing has rolled to the Treasurer and payroll is in process; she added the State Auditors will be on site next Tuesday through Thursday and recommended departments submit FY26 asset and deletion slips.
Frederiksen asked departments needing FY27 budget amendments to submit numbers to the Auditor’s Office by July 31. She also noted a Region XII request for a $10,000 allocation will be reviewed to determine if it was budgeted. Engineer Mitch Rydl said the Courthouse alley project must be added into the FY27 budget and will be reimbursed by TIF funds in the amount of $100,000.
