Jamie Reed presented the June financial packet, walking the board through local revenue collection (which exceeded the original fiscal-year budget), all-funds board reports, bank reconciliation and bond proceeds registers. On the bank reconciliation she noted a $927.33 variance caused by two reissued payroll checks tied to an employee bank-issue: "On the final page of that, you will notice the $927.33. It does show a variance." Reed said the variance will clear in the system.
The board subsequently approved a resolution to update bank signatories due to role transitions, authorized EFT direct deposit for a regularly used substitute driver, and approved a vehicle insurance renewal with an amount stated at $72,130. Each item was moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote with no opposition recorded.
