Board President Mike James presided while Mariah Price called the roll; members present were Mike James, Leroy Parker, Vickie Jones and Keith Baldridge.
During the meeting the board carried motions on a range of routine items: employment approvals for temporary certified staff and lay coaches, several emergency and adjunct certification applications, an addendum to an existing contract with OCAS, LLC, and a Sales Tax Agency Agreement with Key Construction, LLC. The board tabled the FY26 salary and fringe benefit schedule at the request of Ms. LuVona Copeland. The meeting adjourned at 5:51 PM.
