The Development Review Board took the following formal actions at its April 6, 2026 meeting:
• Waiver granted (Application #2026-DRB-04-WV): The board granted a waiver to allow the Town’s proposed fire station to be sited on a 5.03-acre parcel (Parcel #254.203). Motion by Kathy Barrett; second by Tim Paquette. Vote: 5–0. Outcome: approved.
• Conditional use permit approved (Application #2026-DRB-05-CU): Lincoln Peak Vineyard was approved to host live outdoor music on Fridays and/or Saturdays from May 15 through Oct. 1, 6–9 p.m. Motion by Victor LaBerge; second by Tim Paquette. Vote: 5–0. Outcome: approved.
• Approval of minutes: The board approved the Feb. 16, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion by Tim Paquette; second by Tom Fyles. Vote: 4 in favor, 0 opposed, 1 abstention (Victor LaBerge). Outcome: approved.
• Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Victor LaBerge; second by Tim Paquette. Vote: 5–0. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
