Mayor Lindsay Baxter opened the public hearing on the Critical Areas Ordinance update at 6:41 p.m. on June 3. Malissa Burgess and Aaron Qualls of SCJ Alliance presented staff reports describing proposed updates to the ordinance as part of the Comprehensive Plan revisions. Council members asked questions and discussed the implications of the proposed updates.
