Committee of the Whole defers water expansion item, schedules next meetings and adjourns
Summary

Trustees agreed that future scheduling of Committee of the Whole sessions should be driven by the volume of items that require committee-level discussion, with the next available date prior to the budget cycle no later than August 9, and budget workshops beginning in late August or September.
At 6:15 p.m. Trustee Castile moved to adjourn, seconded by Trustee Hillmann. The ayes were recorded as seven: President Koleski; Trustees Stuckert, Schindler, Hillmann, Castile, Olson, and Sayas. The motion passed and the meeting adjourned. Minutes were submitted by Village Clerk Crystal Turner and scheduled for approval on July 28, 2026.
