Council opens budget hearing but tables final vote; special meeting and further public comment planned

The treasurer said she will produce a final amendment to bundle all 2025 adjustments into one amendment to avoid sending multiple changes to the state auditor individually.
Council members asked for a final reconciliation and the treasurer said she had reconciled accounts for the year and would prepare a clean set of numbers to present at the special meeting.
