After discussion, the board adopted a motion to set the required arrival time at 8:00 a.m., removed the strict ‘‘no exceptions’’ enforcement sentence, and added language directing staff to make an effort to schedule games on Thursday, Friday and Saturday when possible. Administrators emphasized preserving discretion for reasonable exceptions such as train delays or medical issues.
