Union City wins $264,000 in grants for first-floor city building improvements

Wells said the grants will be combined with local planning and will go toward continuing first-floor improvements. The borough also noted that the survey for a previously approved purchase of land at 8 South Street has been sent to the county for approval. Council did not record further debate on the grants during the meeting.
