Council approved the motion to grant the easement; funding for the installation will come from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council.
Councilor Osborn moved the easement motion and Councilor Joyce seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The easement will define installation, maintenance responsibilities and grant-based funding arrangements and the Solicitor will prepare the formal agreement.
