Mayor Bill Aslett presented the consent agenda and Councilors Stavig and DeGloria moved to approve Consent Agenda Items #1–#3. The motion covered a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and IAFF L4111 for Mobile Integrated Health services, renewal of the NMETC agreement for training paramedic interns, and permits and purchases related to the Street Department including Berry Dairy Days street closures and a beer garden permit; "All in favor; motion carried."
These routine consent items were approved without separate public hearings or roll‑call discussion. The approvals authorize the Mayor to sign appropriate documents and allow the identified services, agreements and festival permits to proceed under existing staff and contractual processes.
