The buildings and grounds report included a proposal to extend home-stand bleachers to the ambulance pad, which staff said would yield a total seating capacity of about 840. "Putting bleachers all the way to the ambulance pad... it would have total seating capacity of 840 now," the buildings and grounds representative (Speaker 2) said, noting lead times of 10–14 weeks and the need to coordinate delivery timing around sports events.
Board members discussed standing-room issues and sightlines around an existing light pole and asked staff to time deliveries to avoid having units sitting in the parking lot during events. Members also suggested reviewing opportunities to provide more standing room and possibly reconfiguring fencing near the stands.
