The board set a special meeting for April 28, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. to further discuss facility maintenance, district needs and potential upgrades. Savannah Waters moved to schedule the special meeting and John Henry seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
At the April 14 meeting the board approved acquisition of Chromebooks and cafeteria flooring now and directed staff to obtain further information on the elementary retaining wall and water diversion dirt work and on ES playground surface work, to be revisited at the April 28 special meeting. The board approved items 1 (Chromebooks) and 2 (cafeteria flooring) and requested additional estimates and scope details on items 3 and 4 before final approval.
