Pawnee students celebrated for state wrestling finishes, BPA national qualifiers and upcoming events

District principals used their reports on March 10 to recognize student achievements and to list upcoming events. MS/HS Principal Tammy Hixon highlighted seven state wrestling qualifiers and named placements: Cale McPeek (State Champion), Ashton Andrews (State Runner-Up) and Deacon Britt (Third place). She also noted two BPA students qualified for nationals: Abby Goodman and Jack Turner.
Elementary Principal Kellie Ehler thanked the PTO for Pawnee Black Bear tumblers and the First Baptist Church for providing dinner during parent-teacher conferences, and listed OSTP testing dates, spring break March 16–20, the 4th grade trip on March 11 and the Drama Department production of "Fame" on March 27–28. The minutes do not provide ticketing or event logistics.
