PBA American Rescue Plan update: signage, Metro elevators and ICB reinforcement on schedule

He said signage is still outstanding with an expected September installation and that Metro building elevator work is moving: "Metro elevator 1, we have 1 car complete, finalizing the 2nd car. Metro 2 is complete and we'll remove from the schedule." He also reported that steel reinforcement and glass are being installed at the ICB site and cited a target milestone of 07/01/2027 with build-out work continuing toward a September milestone.
Board members asked a brief follow-up question about elevator approvals; Bill confirmed approved elevator cars in Metro 1 and Metro 2. The advisory moved to receive the PBA update by voice vote; there was no public comment and the meeting adjourned.
