Fulton honors community members on Legends Wall and presents Jane Biederman Fike Humanitarian Award

Parks & Recreation presented two plaques for the 2026 Legends Wall of Fame at Legends RecPlex (808 State Street), recognizing community members for their long-term impact. Parks & Rec superintendent Charlene McArder called up nominators and invited families to accept plaques and take pictures.
Tom Clapp, president of the Human Rights Commission, presented the Jane Biederman Fike Humanitarian Award and invited the recipient to speak. The award recipient described decades of teaching, volunteer service and community involvement and said, "I am deeply honored to accept this award." The council and attendees applauded the honorees.
