Visio described the filing of a second special-exception application by the applicant and said the council's primary obligation is "to our residents, ensuring protection of their health, safety, and welfare." She added, "We will not allow ourselves to be bullied or intimidated by any developer, full stop." The council posted the full set of requested conditions and its statement at www.plymouthtownship.org and invited residents to ask questions or seek party status at the zoning hearing.
