Separately, a presenter described three concepts and partnerships to activate about 20 vacant homes in the community, involving outreach to landlords and potential assistance with acquisition or maintenance through a coalition. The presenter said there was no formal ask at the meeting but sought council support and community stakeholder engagement as the concepts develop.
