Clerk Treasurer Rhonda Barrett presented Pay Application No. 2 in the amount of $94,525 for Infrastructure Systems Inc., which staff said pays the contractor for work completed (minus retainage). The council approved the payment and authorized the council president to sign. Council also approved Pay Application No. 3 for the retainage amount of $20,580.40 as the final payout following the walkthrough and punch-list inspection.
Staff said the timeline extension was due largely to materials and contractor scheduling rather than unforeseen events, and that paperwork would be cleaned up before final closeout.
