After confirming the vendor would proceed to perform the work following that survey, a motion to approve the service agreement was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The council also authorized the council president to sign necessary documents.
Staff indicated follow-up steps include finalizing signatures and scheduling the vendor’s initial survey; any further amendments or ongoing work would return to council as required.
