Board approves $6,400 contract with Oller's Fence to finish new entrance gates

The Richmond Sanitary District Board approved a contract with Oller's Fence Inc. on July 28 to complete fence work at the Test Road and Liberty Avenue plant entrances. Staff said new actuated gates were installed and the project requires closing gaps between the gates and the existing fence; Oller's Fence (Scott Doerr) provided the lowest responsive quote of $6,400.
"After reviewing the quote from Oller's Fence and Scott Doerr, it is my recommendation to the board to enter into an agreement with Oller's Fence Inc of Centerville, Indiana at the cost of $6,400 to complete the fence project as presented," the staff member said. The board moved, seconded and approved the contract.
