On Adams Avenue, staff described extensive underground work—stormwater, utilities and new streetlight infrastructure—and set a final completion date of "September 30." Paul said the Westside Pump Station wet well was sealed and tested and pumping equipment installation is scheduled in the coming weeks.
These updates set near‑term expectations for contractors and property owners and establish sequencing for sidewalk, streetscape and utility work across town.
