With no further business, Chair Chris MacClinchy moved to adjourn; on a second by Janice Vance the Board adjourned at 7:42 p.m. The minutes state the meeting was televised on Cable Channel 5 and that the minutes were respectfully submitted by J. Schlagheck, Clerk, and were adopted by the Planning Board at its July 13, 2026 meeting.
