Planning Board approves March minutes; planner flags new law affecting properties

Town Planner Hannah Watson briefly informed the board that a new law recently passed will affect properties the board has been discussing and that the town meeting to consider related changes is proposed for either the coming November or the next June. The board took no formal vote on timing at this meeting.
