Commissioners also reported a specific issue — standing water in the women's restroom at City Park — and staff asked the reporting commissioner to submit details via SeeClickFix so DPW can follow up and log the repair request.
Staff said they have converted park‑inspection inputs into an Excel tracker to report on which items have been completed versus outstanding and will provide a status update at the next meeting. Helen Park repairs are pending vendor scheduling; staff will follow up and provide contact information for DPW where appropriate.
