Village officials said staffing limits constrain traffic enforcement but noted plans to increase targeted enforcement windows and weigh trucks after winter season changes. A police representative said Acting Chief O'Keefe has set designated enforcement times aimed at reducing cellphone use and speeding, and village staff said month-to-month collections have recently shown increases that will be reported in monthly financial statements.
