Selectboard approves minutes, pay orders and facility use; moves next meeting to Jan. 20 for MLK Day

Martha Dale moved to approve Selectboard payroll and accounts‑payable pay orders; Jim Fleming seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also authorized the Town Office facility use request for the Community Fund for Londonderry (CFL) for Jan. 8 at 5 p.m. and empowered the Town Administrator to sign the Facility Use Agreement. Separately, Jim Fleming moved to change the next meeting date from Jan. 19 to Jan. 20, 2026 because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday; that motion also passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
