Staff presented a three-lot plat for property at the south end of Portland and described a contingency area reserved for future street dedication should development extend to the south. Engineers reviewed the plat and the applicant made the requested changes. "It's 3 lots, pretty simple," the presenter said during the briefing.
A council member moved to accept the dedications and final plat; the motion was seconded and carried 5–0. Staff indicated a planning engineer (Thomas) was present to answer technical questions if needed and the council had no additional comments at the time of the vote.
Outcome: Final plat accepted and dedications approved; staff will continue to process recording and any subsequent required easements.
