New library flagged as top project if merger proceeds; residents question bank demolition on Grand Avenue

Pat Hensel asked whether the bank — which appears historically styled from the exterior — would be demolished; Ford replied the structure is comprised of four separate additions and "will not be able to be brought to code." Officials said no final decision has been made and further planning discussions will follow if the merger proceeds.
