Council to ask city attorney to advise on nuisance-building ordinance after complaints

Separately, staff reported that, following citizen nuisance complaints, the front office sent Code Enforcement letters regarding weeds, garbage and tall grass. The council did not adopt a new ordinance at this meeting but directed staff to prepare information and legal guidance for a future discussion.
