Councilmember Guenthner moved to approve the resolution; Councilmember Mackleit seconded and the measure passed on a roll-call vote with all members voting yes. Hammer told council staff will pursue Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) grants rather than loans where possible because loan repayments would exceed current street-department budget capacity. The vote implements the formal project list and preserves staff flexibility to seek grant funding.
