Jenkinsburg council appoints five-member Special Event Committee

During the Nov. 10 meeting the council voted to form and populate a Special Event Committee. The motion, made by Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts and seconded by Brent Eberspacher, named five people to the committee: Leona Roberts, Gary Roberts, Charles Barber, Stephanie Norton and Katie Lunsford. The council recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
The minutes do not include committee terms, duties, or meeting schedules. The City Clerk will notify appointees, and the committee is expected to schedule events and report back to the council in future sessions.
