Council hears resident requests on Legion Hall, streetlights, chickens and a library MOU request

Councilor Randy Bechtol reported the Library Foundation is requesting a memorandum of understanding regarding funds they will donate as a large payment for the Civic Center library portion in 2030. No formal actions were taken on these items at the meeting.
